Bluerock Announces Change In Auditor

| | Vancouver, B.C., July 09, 2008 (BRD: TSX Venture) - Bluerock Resources Ltd. ("Bluerock" or the "Company") announces that its audit committee has appointed Davidson and Company LLP as the Company's new auditors. Davidson and Company LLP replace the firm of Lancaster & David, Chartered Accountants ("Lancaster & David"). With the development of the Company's US properties and the commensurate increase in staff and transaction volume, the Company needed access to a larger audit firm that could offer a greater depth of services.
There were no reservations in Lancaster & David's reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently-completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of Lancaster & David's termination.
Copies of the Notice of Change of Auditor and letters from Former Auditor and Successor Auditor have been SEDAR filed with the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions and with the TSX Venture Exchange.
