Bluerock Resources Terminates La Sal West Option Agreement

| | Vancouver, B.C., December 22, 2006 -- Bluerock Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:BRD) (the Company) announces, further to its news release of November 1, 2006, that following the Company's comprehensive due diligence investigations, the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed option agreement on the La Sal West Project, Utah.
Bluerock Resources Ltd. is a uranium exploration company focused on discovering tomorrow's energy today through the acquisition and development of conventional uranium resources.
