Bluerock Resources Ltd. Announces a Change in Capital Structure and a Change in Company Articles

| | Vancouver, BC, October 18, 2005 -Bluerock Resources Ltd. (BRD: TSX Venture);
announces that in relation to the name change and stock consolidation announced in the
Better Resources press release dated October 18, 2005, the following changes have also
occurred.
- The authorized capital has been increased from a maximum of 50,000,000 shares to an unlimited number, and
- the adoption of the new articles of the Company and removal of the Pre-existing Company Provisions set forth in Part 16 of the Regulations to the Business Corporations Act.
The supporting documents were filed with the Registrar of Companies and became effective at 6 am October 19, 2005.
